Summary

She’s a rising star in the Democratic Party, even going to other states to campaign for causes like paid sick leave. In Sacramento she’s known as a legislator who’s unafraid of the lobbying power of the California Chamber of Commerce, which loves to label her bills as “job killers.” Gonzalez-Fletcher is a progressive politician willing to go toe-to-toe with anybody for what she believes is right.

Analysis

The only real question for Gonzalez-Fletcher on November 6th is whether or not she’ll top 70% of the votes cast. (She came close in the primary.)

Summary

Ultra-conservative activist Republican Pickard wants to make California Great Again. He’s still running with his 2016 campaign website for the 80th Assembly, so you know he’s consistent. The local GOP decided against endorsing him this time around, even though he was on the Central Committee until recently.
