Facebook is an important part of how we communicate with our members and how we reach new people. In order to do that, we need to make sure our posts reach you. Take 5 minutes and check your settings on Facebook, ensure that you are seeing all of our posts.

To start, make sure your notifications for the San Diego Indivisible Downtown facebook group are set to "All Posts" so you never miss a post. Not to worry, we promise not to spam your news feed.

Learn who we are (so far) by watching this quick video.

Happy Warriors: We maintain a positive outlook, even when dealing with difficult and frustrating issues so we call ourselves happy warriors.

Official Color: Purple. Yes, we are fans of Prince, but the real reason we chose purple is because we welcome both Democrats (blue) and Republicans (red).  When you mix those two colors, you get purple.

Purple Flag: When you see the giant purple flag flying at an event, you know you'll meet some friendly faces of members from San Diego Indivisible Downtown.

Official Hashtags: if you're the hashtagging type, be sure to use #SDIndivisible and #HappyWarriors

We want to get to know you a bit more and why you are here.

If you can, take a few moments to write a paragraph or two (or more if you like) about why you are getting involved and what prompted you to take action. Email it to us at SDindivisible@gmail.com

Need some inspiration? Read some "Why I Resist" posts from our blog. Not to worry, we'll only post your thoughts with your written permission.

A core tenet of the Indivisible movement is understanding that we have the most impact on the representatives that represent us and for whom our vote is cast.

With that in mind, text your postal address now to (520) 200-2223 and you'll get a text right back with your state and federal legislative representatives name and phone number.

EXTRA CREDIT: save those contacts to your phone.
