I joined Indivisible because there was no other option. Silence in the face of hatred is acceptance; I was not going to be a passive participant. Indivisible created a forum where we could each contribute our skills to a cause greater than ourselves. I hope this movement can change the direction of thought in our country from an individualist to a collectivist ethos. We are stronger together is not merely a slogan, it is a fact. I have been heartened to see so many people from all walks of life joining forces, indivisible. We have made change happen in an extremely short period of time. It is this unity and persistence that inspires me everyday.
